BOOKING TERMS:

1.Booking Confirmation: All tours are subject to availability and confirmation. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.

2.Payment: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your tour reservation. The remaining balance is due 50%, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received by the deadline.

3.Cancellation and Refunds: If you cancel your tour reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

More than 7 days before the tour start date: 30% of the tour price.

2 days or less before the tour start date: no refund.

We reserve the right to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, natural disasters, etc.). In this case, you will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.

3.Age and Health Restrictions: Some tours may have age or health restrictions. Please check the tour description before booking. We reserve the right to deny you participation in a tour if you do not meet the age or health requirements.

4.Responsibility: We will do our best to ensure your safety and enjoyment during the tour, but we are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from circumstances beyond our control.

5.Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your personal belongings during the tour.

6.Age and Health Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse to accept or retain any person whose conduct is deemed to be disruptive or abusive to other tour participants or staff. In this case, no refund will be given.
